We are Hewitt & Anna Wright, a happily married couple that believe in teamwork throughout all aspects of life. Our main gig is photographing weddings & elopements along with raising our daughter to be an awesome human being... so far so good!
We are based in Cape Town, where we find constant inspiration for our creative process and we love what we do!
HEWITT
- I've been shooting weddings for 9 years.
- I used to work in advertising as an art director, designer, illustrator and photographer before discovering that I especially love capturing weddings.
- It immediately felt more meaningful, yet equally creative.
- I really "nerd out" about lens characteristics and the tonal ranges of different film stocks.
- When it comes to music, the heavier stuff makes me happy.
ANNA
- I was born in Poland and have lived in Germany, but have called South Africa home for the longest time now.
- I love shooting weddings with my husband. By now we can practically communicate telepathically on a wedding day.
- I'm obsessed with house plants and how individual (and challenging) they can be.
- Yoga is my happy place and how Hewi and I met in 2011.
